SEAWEED PAPERMAKING Sunday 3 November 10am-1pm, The Steeple Studios, 67 High Street, Newburgh Handmade seaweed paper is textured, tactile and can be subtly tinted. It can have tiny scraps of seaweed or none at all. Dried seaweed can be embossed into the paper leaving a subtle shape when dry. It can be framed, turned into a greeting card, used in collage or turned into a mini-book. I love the way when stacked up it reminds me of breaking waves on the beach.
